⛽تفاوت بنزین سوپر و بنزین معمولی چیست؟

اصلی‌ترین تفاوت بنزین سوپر و معمولی در عدد اکتان می باشد. عدد اکتان نشان می‌دهد که سوخت تا چه اندازه در برابر خودسوزی مقاومت دارد. هرچه اندازه عدد اکتان بالاتر باشد، احتمال ناک زدن (Knock) موتور کمتر می‌شود.
در ایران، بنزین معمولی حدود ۸۷ RON و بنزین سوپر حدود ۹۵ RON دارد که با هر بار باید بررسی شود.

  • خودروهای مجهز به توربوشارژ یا سوپرشارژ

🔧ناک زدن چیست؟

ناک یا کوبش زمانی رخ می‌دهد که سوخت زودتر از زمان جرقه شمع منفجر شود. این پدیده به صورت صدای “چرق‌چرق” یا “تقه زدن” شنیده می‌شود و در شرایط زیر بیشتر رخ می‌دهد:

  • حرکت در سربالایی
  • رانندگی با دنده مرده
  • تخته‌گاز رفتن در خودروهای توربو

ناک زدن باعث داغ شدن محفظه احتراق و آسیب‌های جدی به موتور می‌شود.

نسبت تراکم به حجم مخلوط هوا و سوخت در پایین‌ترین نقطه حرکت پیستون نسبت به بالاترین نقطه گفته می‌شود.

  • موتورهای قدیمی: ۵ به ۱
  • موتورهای مدرن: تا ۱۲.۵ به ۱

هرچه نسبت تراکم بیشتر باشد، نیاز موتور به سوخت با اکتان بالاتر افزایش می‌یابد.

📊عدد اکتان چگونه اندازه‌گیری می‌شود؟

دو روش اصلی برای اندازه‌گیری عدد اکتان وجود دارد عبارت اند از :

  • RON (Research Octane Number) – روش رایج در اروپا و ایران
  • MON (Motor Octane Number) – شرایط سخت‌تر آزمایش

در آمریکا عددی به نام PON یا (RON+MON)/2 در مبنا قرار می‌گیرد.

🧪 فرآیند آزمایش عدد اکتان

  1. موتور CFR استاندارد: سوخت در موتور آزمایشگاهی CFR (Cooperative Fuel Research) تست می‌شود.
  2. تنظیم نسبت تراکم: نسبت تراکم موتور به‌صورت متغیر تنظیم می‌شود تا نقطه شروع کوبش مشخص شود.
  3. مقایسه با ایزو-اکتان و نرمال هپتان:
    • ایزو-اکتان (C₈H₁₈): عدد اکتان 100
    • نرمال هپتان (C₇H₁₆): عدد اکتان 0
    • عدد اکتان سوخت برابر است با درصد ایزو-اکتان در مخلوطی که رفتار ضدکوبشی مشابه با سوخت آزمایشی دارد2.

📈 مثال عددی:

اگر سوختی رفتار ضدکوبشی مشابه مخلوطی از ۹۰٪ ایزو-اکتان و ۱۰٪ نرمال‌هپتان داشته باشد که عدد اکتان آن ۹۰ خواهد بود.

🛣️تاثیر شرایط محیطی بر عدد اکتان

  • ارتفاع: هر ۳۰۰ متر افزایش ارتفاع، حدود ۱.۴ واحد به اکتان موثر اضافه میشود.
  • دما: کاهش هر ۵.۶ درجه سانتیگراد، ۰.۴۴ تا ۰.۵۵ واحد به اکتان می‌افزاید.
  • رطوبت: افزایش رطوبت باعث بهبود مقاومت سوخت در برابر خودسوزی می‌شود.

به همین دلیل خودروها در زمستان و مناطق مرتفع کمتر دچار ناک می‌شوند.

🚗نقش سنسور ناک در خودروهای جدید

در خودروهای مدرن، سنسور ناک (Knock Sensor) وظیفه شناسایی کوبش را دارد و ECU با عقب انداختن زمان جرقه‌زنی، از آسیب جلوگیری می‌کند. با این حال این کار باعث:

  • کاهش شتاب
  • افزایش آلایندگی
  • استهلاک سریع‌تر قطعات می‌شود
